Hello, I have one Ustym 4K PRO + one OCTAGON SF8008 (almost the same)
The 1st purchased was the Octagon (it always works fine), the 2nd purchased was the Ustym 4K Pro, but I always have some problem with the remote control. Sometimes for a few months everything worked perfectly and I completely forgot about this. But for some reason that I can’t understand, at some point the remote control goes crazy and even using another image on another partition the problem remains absolutely identical. I tried to install other new images from scratch on different partitions, but as soon as the system starts the remote control goes crazy the same way! ( As soon as the first configuration starts, the top rows are quickly highlighted while I was about to select something! It does not happen at regular intervals, it can happen that after half a second goes to the top row, then everything seems to work perfectly and for 10/15 seconds I can configure.. but suddenly he starts again to go by himself to the top rows and often goes up quickly of 2, 3, 4... then stops, then starts again) It’s as if some ghost is constantly pressing the central tilting button upwards for spite! I also tried to use the remote control of the Octagon SF8008, tried to remove the batteries from any remote there was around, I removed the batteries even from the Ustym remote but nothing! He seems possessed by the devil! But incredibly if I start the DENYOS image any remote control problem disappears. I tried on the Octagon SF8008 the two remote controls (Ustym and Octagon, which are almost identical except for a few key positions) and they work perfectly. This thing seems almost unbelievable Someone can help ? Thanks |
